True Yoga is not about the shape of your body, but the shape of your life.To spread awareness and importance of Yoga, 21st June is celebrated as the International Yoga Day every year since 2015. The theme for this year was 'Yoga for Humanity'. We also celebrated Yoga Day enthusiastically right from our tiny tots of Pre-Primary section to Std X. Not only students but also a few teachers took part in the event. The Pre-Primary kids enjoyed the meditation and yoga exercise. Std I enjoyed watching videos of Yoga. Std II wrote beautiful slogans on Yoga. Std III made lovely posters and Std IV did clay modelling depicting different postures of Yoga. Std V to VII performed various Yoga postures and enchanted Surya Mantras under the open sky. Std VIII to X along with their teachers, under the guidance of Certified Yoga Trainer Mrs.Sheetal Gaikwad performed and enjoyed Yoga Exercises.
