Workshop for English Teachers by Karadi Path

Venue : VIIT Vidyanagari, Baramati

     The Workshop was led by Mr. Vishwanath, CEO and Co-founder of Karadi Path. He briefed the teachers about the innovative ways in which English can be taught in the classrooms especially to the first generation English learners. He gave the teachers information about Magic English and Power English. He also told us the way of narrating stories which will keep the children enthusiastic and happy. He made us realise about natural way of aquiring languages.

Karadi Path activates the language learning through three modules.

  3. 3. Story Path







Workshop on Sensitisation Dealing with Child Sexual Abuse

A workshop on Sensitisation cum Awareness for teachers under Project CACA was organized at Vidya Pratishthan’s New English Medium School on Saturday 28th July, 2018. 240 teachers and 8 Principals of Vidya Pratishthan Schools participated in the workshop.
The Resource persons were Mr.Pradeep (Director, Project CACA), Ms.Nishita Choudhari (Counselling Psychologist) Ms.Rishita Krishnan (Psychologist), Ms.Tanvi Sardesai (Psychologist) & Dr.Krupa Gandhi (Advocacy Ambassador) .
The teachers were made aware of the rights of the children, POCSO Act, the role of the parents and the school for creating a protective environment, information about child abuse, Types of abuse, Myths about Child abuse, its effects etc







Workshop on "Teaching this Way! 4 Steps to Accelerate Daily Learning”

MELLISA DICKSON is an outstanding presenter and educator. She is passionate about providing teachers with research-based ideas and strategies that can be immediately implemented. In her decades as an educator, Melissa has supported all grade levels and has been a literacy coach, staff developer, site-based team leader, mentor teacher, inclusion teacher, classroom teacher and early childwood teacher. She has a master's degree in Reading and support a balanced literacy classroom model. Her ability to provide relevent information with humor and enthusiasm makes her very popular presenter at numerous district, state, and national conferences.

Teachers' Motivational & Training Workshop

Venue : Vidya Pratishthan's Kamalnayan Bajaj Engineering College, Vidyanagri.

Col. Sudhir Sinha is an alumnus of National Defence Academy, Pune and a post-graduate from the prestigious Institute of Armament Technology (IAT), Girinagar, Pune, now known as Defence Institute of Advanced Technology ( DIAT). He co-founded the Delhi Public School Pune and till recently he had been its chief of Operations as well. Currently he is the founder of an organisation called 'Inspiring Souls' which conducts training and motivational sessions on various aspects for the teachers, students , corporate, and individuals apart from providing consultancy to schools for improvement of the teaching-learning process.

Aim of the Workshop: To help teachers to keep themselves abreast and alive in order to seek new frontiers of the best teaching techniques which would further the cause of making our school children yearn for more knowledge beyond the realms of our classroom teaching.
The major take-away benefits from the sessions are: 1. Teachers get to realize the nobleness of their work which in turn raises their self-esteem.
